Swagato Banerjee
Swagato Banerjee, FCA, with 27 years of experience as a practicing professional and 32 years work experience, leads the Accounting Advisory and Risk Assurance verticals. Swagato has considerable expertise in the field of audit and assurances and has successfully partnered with several professional organisations in his areas of expertise. He had been in the panel of experts of a reputed international consultancy firm and had assisted them in a number of ISO certification assignments.
Saurav Sen
Saurav Sen leads legal compliance and data privacy including GDPR and the Data Protection Act, UK, and has experience of more than 28 years across multiple industries. He has worked with IT and software firms extensively. He has also designed and implemented various training programs. He also works on SOX and J-SOX compliance.
S.Kalyanasundaram
S. Kalyanasundaram, who leads our Tax and Regulatory Services vertical. Kalyanasundaram has rich experience of more than 29 years across different industries. He has frequently represented clients before different benches of tax tribunals in India. Kalyanasundaram is a recipient of an “Excellence” award in the
field of international taxation, has been a member of Taxation Committee of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a speaker on tax aspects of pricing and valuation in different fora.
